The 2026 election ballot in Wyoming will contain the "People's Initiative to Limit Property Tax in Wyoming through a Homeowner's Property Exemption." This market resolves YES if that initiative passes in the November 2026 general election according to the Wyoming Secretary of State's final certified results. This market resolves based on vote counts only, not legal implementation. If removed from ballot before election day, resolves NO.

A reminder that Wyoming law requires a yes vote from more than 50% of the ballots cast. That is, a ballot which omits a vote is counted as a no vote.
